Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

● on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, insofar as you have ordered one or more goods under one order and these have been delivered simultaneously;

● on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last goods, insofar as you have ordered multiple goods under one order and these have been delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done by email: support@stylesource.uk.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days after the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will this refund incur any extra costs for you.

We may refuse the refund until we have:

● received the returned goods, or

● you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, depending on which occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 30 days after the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

The direct costs for returning the goods are at your expense.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for exclusion and expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:

● for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and that have been manufactured based on an individual choice or decision made by the consumer;

● for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

● for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

● for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of agreements:

● for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;

● for the delivery of goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

● for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
